The necking machine is the main equipment in the poultry slaughter production. It is suitable for the depilation process after scalding. Before the depilation process, the equipment adopts the mechanical transmission mode to remove the feathers on the head and neck of the poultry by the relative grinding and collision between the poultry body and the rubber rod. After depilation by the machine, the head and neck epidermis is not damaged, and the depilation rate is high. The rate of broken head and mouth is low. The equipment is all made of stainless steel, which fully meets the health standards. The head and neck hair removal machine can be combined with other hair removal machines to meet the needs of different production capacities, and can be used together with imported equipment.
Basic structure and working principle of neck punching machineThe neck punching machine is mainly composed of power transmission mechanism, spindle rotation mechanism, horizontal distance adjustment mechanism and height adjustment mechanism. Power transmission mechanism mainly includes motor reducer Coupling Spindle It is mainly used to drive the main shaft to rotate. The output shaft of the motor reducer is connected with the coupling and the main shaft. The main shaft is driven by the output shaft of the reducer and rotates synchronously. The square seat bearing, as the rotating support of the main shaft, is set at both ends of the main shaft to support the free rotation of the main shaft. The main shaft is regularly covered with crossed depilation fingers and depilation rubber blocks. It rotates around the axis of the main shaft within the specified speed range. The depilation rod and the bird body rotate within the specified speed range, Friction to complete head and neck depilation. When the equipment is working, the hook on the flow conveying line carries the bird body between the two main shafts. The head and neck of the bird body are at a certain position height. There are many cross settings (depilation fingers and depilation rubber blocks) on the two shafts of the head and neck depilator that rotate with the shaft. The two axes rotate in the opposite direction. The head and neck depilation is realized by the downward friction between the depilation rod and the head and neck of the bird body, without damaging the head and neck.
